I'm irritated with myself, I need to lose weight before Oct. 2nd.
How would I do it, I wish I would lose my appetite like I did 2 years ago. I have gain a lot of weight from falling off the wagon and drinking like a lush.
I am so disappointed in myself. I want to look good in my daughters wedding, but my gut gets in the way of everything.
Starting today I am only going to eat things with NO carbohydrates, I heard that you can actually lose weight faster with not eating any carbohydrates.
