Eating disorders

Anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa are more commonly known as anorexia and bulimia. The two disorders can be difficult to distinguish from each other because they have similar characteristics: With both anorexia and bulimia, the person will have a distorted image of his or her body. That person will seem to be obsessed with what he or she eats.

Both bulimia.htm">anorexia and bulimia tend to affect girls more than guys, but 10% of the people with Eating disorders are guys. And, because we typically think of eating disorders as only affecting girls, they often go unrecognized in guys. Guys with eating disorders also tend to focus more on athletic appearance or success than on just looking thin.

People with anorexia have an intense fear of being fat. When a person has anorexia, he or she hardly eats at all — and the small amount of food that is eaten becomes an obsession. A person with anorexia may weigh food before Eating it or compulsively count the calories of everything. It is not unusual for a person with anorexia to also exercise excessively in an attempt to lose weight.

A unique feature of anorexia is not only the strong desire to be very thin, but also the altered body perception that goes with it. Even though they might be shedding pounds at a dangerous rate, people with anorexia don't see themselves as thin. A person with the condition can look in the mirror and actually see a fat person.

bulimiais a bit different from anorexia because the person with bulimia doesn't avoid eating. Instead, he or she eats a large amount of food then gets rid of it quickly by vomiting or taking laxatives. This is commonly known as "binge and purge" behavior. Like anorexia, bulimia tends to affect girls and young women more than guys. Unlike anorexia, you can't always tell by looking whether a person has bulimia. In fact, someone with bulimia may appear average or even above average in weight.

Warning Signs
So how can you tell if a person has anorexia or bulimia? You can't only tell by looking, of course — someone who loses a lot of weight may have another health condition. But if you know of someone who fits the patterns described below, you may want to try to help your friend.

anorexia:

drops weight to about 20% below normal
denies feeling hungry
exercises excessively
feels fat
withdraws from social activities
Bulimia:

makes excuses to go to the bathroom immediately after meals
eats huge amounts of food, but doesn't gain weight
uses laxatives or diuretics
withdraws from social activities
What Causes Anorexia and Bulimia?
No one is really sure what causes Eating disorders, although there are many theories as to why people develop them. Most people who develop an eating disorder are between the ages of 14 and 18 (although they can develop even earlier in some people). At this time in their lives, many teens don't feel as though they have much control over anything. The physical and emotional changes that go along with puberty can make it easy for even the most confident person to feel a bit out of control. By controlling their own bodies, people with Eating disorders feel as though they can regain some control — even if it is done in an unhealthy way.

For girls, even though it's completely normal (and necessary) to gain some additional body fat during puberty, some respond to this change by becoming very fearful of their new weight and feel compelled to get rid of it any way they can. It's easy to see why people may develop a fear of any weight gain, even if it's healthy and temporary: We're overloaded by images of thin celebrities — people who often weigh far less than their healthy weight. When you combine the pressure to be like these role models with a changing body, it's not hard to see why some teens develop a distorted body image.

Some individuals who develop eating disorders can also be Depressed or anxious. Experts also think that some people with eating disorders may have obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Their anorexia or bulimia gives them a way to handle the stresses and anxieties of being a teen and allows them to have control and impose order in their lives.

There is also evidence that Eating disorders may run in families. Our parents influence our values and priorities, of course, including those toward food — which may be one reason eating disorders seem to run in families. But there also is a suggestion that there may be a genetic component to certain behaviors, and Eating disorders could be one such behavior.

Sports and Eating Disorders
Some girls might be more apt to develop an eating disorder depending on the sport they choose. Gymnasts, ice-skaters, and ballerinas often operate in a culture where weight loss is important, and even runners might be encouraged to go on a diet. But in an effort to make their bodies perfect and please those around them, these athletes can end up with eating disorders.

Though it's unusual for guys to have anorexia or bulimia, it can occur, especially with the demands of certain sports. A sport like wrestling, for example, has specific weight categories that can lead some guys to develop an Eating disorder. In some cases, eating disorders in male athletes are even unintentionally encouraged; they are taught that winning is the most important thing.

But the truth is that an Eating disorder does much more harm than good. Athletes with eating disorders, whether girls or boys, may find that because of a lack of energy and nutrients, their athletic performance deteriorates and they become injured more often.

Effects of Eating Disorders
Whatever the cause of an eating disorder, the effects can be damaging — if not downright devastating and life threatening. People who weigh at least 15% less than the normal weight for their height may not have enough body fat to keep their organs and other body parts healthy.

A person with anorexia can do damage to the heart, liver, and kidneys by not eating enough. The body slows everything down as if it were starving, causing a drop in blood pressure, pulse, and breathing rate. (For girls, this starvation mode may mean they stop getting their periods.) Lack of energy can lead people with anorexia to feel light-headed and unable to concentrate. Anemia (lack of red blood cells) and swollen joints are common in people with anorexia, as are brittle bones. Anorexia can cause a person's hair to fall out, fingernails to break off, and a soft hair called lanugo to grow all over the skin. In severe cases, eating disorders can lead to severe malnutrition and even death.

People with bulimia often have constant stomach pain. In fact, bulimia can actually damage a person's stomach and kidneys as a result of constant vomiting. bulimia can also cause a person's teeth to decay because of the acids that come up into the mouth while vomiting. The person may also develop "chipmunk cheeks," which occur when the salivary glands permanently expand from throwing up so often. Like girls with anorexia, girls with bulimia may stop getting their periods. And, most dangerous of all, the constant purging can lead to a loss of the mineral potassium, which can contribute to heart problems and even death.

The emotional pain of an eating disorder can take its toll, too. When a person becomes obessed with weight, it's hard to concentrate on much else. Many times people with eating disorders become withdrawn and less social. Teens with anorexia can't join in on snacks and meals with their friends or families, and they often don't want to break from their intense exercise routine to have fun. Individuals with bulimia often spend a lot of mental energy on planning their next binge, spend a lot of their money on food, and hide in the bathroom for a long time after meals.

Eating disorders are not fun. Both anorexia and bulimia can lead to feelings of guilt and depression. Some individuals with eating disorders begin using drugs or other substances to help mask their feelings, which only makes the situation worse.

Treatment for Eating Disorders
Fortunately, people with Eating disorders can get well and gradually learn to eat normally again. Because anorexia and bulimia involve both the mind and body, medical doctors, mental health professionals, and dietitians will often be involved in a person's treatment and recovery.

Therapy or counseling is a critical part of treating Eating disorders — in many cases, family therapy is one of the keys to eating healthily again. Parents and other family members are important in helping a person see that his or her normal body shape is perfectly fine and that being thin doesn't make anyone happy.

The most critical thing about treating eating disorders is to recognize and address the problem as soon as possible — like all bad habits, unhealthy Eating patterns become harder to break the longer a person takes part in them. If you have an eating disorder, don't wait to get help — anorexia and bulimia can do a lot of damage to the body and mind if left untreated. At worst, eating disorders can kill, and at best, they leave a person feeling and looking terrible.

If you want to talk to someone about eating disorders and you don't feel as though you can approach a parent, try talking to a teacher, a neighbor, your doctor, or another trusted adult. Remember that Eating disorders are common among teens, and more importantly, that treatment is out there.

BlogShare

Listed on BlogShares

Welcome to the game of BlogShares, the addicting and fast-growing web-based experience! Take the time to pop into our Forums and introduce yourself to the friendliest community on the Internet. Get involved! From documentation and support to game logic and coding, BlogShares depends on the amazing volunteer spirit of its players to improve and grow. BlogShares is more than a game—it's an addiction. Keep reading to get in on the fun!

WHAT IS BLOGSHARES?

BlogShares is a fantasy stock market where weblogs are the companies. Players invest fictional dollars on shares in blogs. Blogs are valued by their incoming links and add value to other blogs by linking to them. Prices can go up or down based on trading and the underlying value of the blog. No actual ownership of blogs is transfered. BlogShares is purely a fictional marketplace.

WHAT IS A BLOG?

Weblogs, called Blogs for short, are generally online journals of some sort and can be used for an unlimited range of subjects and purposes.

Blogs run from individual diaries to arms of political campaigns, media programs, and corporations, and from one occasional author to large communities of writers. The totality of weblogs or Blog-related webs is usually called the Blogosphere.

The format of Blogs varies nearly limitlessly, individual weblog entries are almost always dated and time-stamped, with the newest post at the top of the page. Because links are so important to weblogs, most Blogs have a way of archiving older entries and generating a static address for individual entries; this static link is referred to as a permalink. The latest headlines, with hyperlinks and summaries, are offered in weblogs in the RSS XML-format, to be read with a RSS feedreader.

It is difficult to know just what is and what is not a blog suitable for inclusion in BlogShares. For the purposes of this game, blogs have the following characteristics:

* The site is authored by a clearly defined blogger (whether a specific individual, group
of individuals, or a specific organization).

* Posts appear in reverse-chronological order, or at the very least, the most recent post
appears first.

* Posts are individual, dated, often with timestamps.

* Past posts are available in some sort of archive in the blog.

* Commenting and/or trackback capability is often enabled, but not a requirement.

* Blogs can feature any subject, be personal, non-personal, or business-related, and offer
content unique to the Blog with each new post.

* Blogs must be human edited or in some way not maintained by an automated script or
aggregator. Such 'linkfarms' are considered spam.

* Blogs, for the purposes of this index, are only the main, 'home' page for the Blog, and not
its link pages, archives, individual posts, intros, summary pages, or profiles.

Sites which simply repost or copy the exact posts or materials from another site are often considered either 1) spam, 2) non-Blog (website), or 3) a 'version' of the other blog (perhaps differening only by template).

Read more about blogs and their role at BlogShares on the Blogs page.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF BLOGSHARES

BlogShares was written in early 2003 by Seyed Razavi in his free time. The overall objective of BlogShares is the exploration of an emerging social network while providing an addictive and fun environment for bloggers to join and help add to the worth of the social network. Another one of the purposes of this site was to prove the Power Law theory. Part of this theory is based on the fact that 20% of the population holds 80% of the wealth. This can also be attributed to weblogs, 20% of the blogs contain 80% of all incoming links. BlogShares hits a home run with this theory.

The BlogShares project took off rather quickly and was considered a personal success. The site, however, was a success that would not last. BlogShares suffered from a few serious coding issues that severely hampered the site's growth and expansion, as well as its speed. At this point, BlogShares was tracking 400K blogs and links. Eventually these took their toll on the BlogShares hard drives and a catastrophic system failure ground BlogShares to a halt. That, bundled with personal reasons, caused Seyed to choose to leave the game.

At this time, BlogShares was taken over by its current owner: Jay Campbell, and co-adminned by C. Suburban Wolf (AKA Rob/SubWolf) was brought on almost immediately to help recode the entire site. Once BlogShares was taken out of the beta stages its popularity sky-rocketed. It did have its ups and downs however.

The BlogShares team made some changes to certain aspects of the game. Originally, Ideas only produced twice a day and were worth a couple dollars each. Some players even held on to millions upon millions of Ideas. When changes were implemented the prices soared, making many people instant billionaires and trillionaires. Some of the users bailed out at that point, fearing a market crash. Others chose to hold on to their Ideas in hopes that the market could sustain its rapid growth a bit longer. Ultimately this was not the case. Further changes caused the market to crash in a matter of hours, nearly bankrupting some of the richest players in the game. There were some bitter words from some, solace from others. In the end it all worked out for the best.

They also added in a new item: Chips. These items were an answer to the growing number of votes clogging the system, and they revolutionized the way many trades were handled. Today, Chips are the most valuable asset in the game, because with enough of them you can buy anything, win raffles, and purchase text ads for advertising your blog, your philosophy, your politics, your humor ... whatever. Some players even offer to purchase a Premium Membership for others in exchange for Chips.

Black Friday (November 25, 2005) brought dramatic revaluation (1 to 10,000) of Idea prices and cash value, with no change to share values. While there were legit concerns and complaints about the changes, it completely changed the nature of daily game play from one dominated by Ideas to one fully-inclusive of share trading.

In early 2006, an Ideas Math Summit solicited player input toward a new pricing model for Ideas, as well as announced a new Game Improvement Committee (GIC), which works to improve the game and its community, and to ensure that both remain fun and enjoyable for the players. After testing by the GIC, a premium feature, the Chips Market came online July 24, 2006. The new math was unveiled in late August 2006, adding a new dynamic to the ways players bought and sold ideas.

Today, BlogShares has become the most immersive online Stock Market simulation available, as well as the most popular with over 40K active users. Over 17K blogs have been claimed by their owners. Even more amazing is the sheer number of blogs currently tracked: 7.3 million.

To this day, BlogShares continues to grow and add new features. The admin and coders work hand-in-hand on a daily basis to keep this site alive, add new features, and improve functionality. BlogShares truly is a success.

Panic Attacks "It can happen anytime, anywhere..."

It can happen anytime, anywhere — when you're alone, with others, at home, in public, even awakening you from a sound sleep. What is Depression?

Depression is not something you can "snap out of." It's caused by an imbalance of the brain chemicals, along with other factors.
Like any serious medical conditions, depression needs to be treated.

Depression is more common in women then men, and can begin in puberty or eariler for some girls.
There are several kinds of depression, and a combination of approaches to be healing is optimal.
A person may include difficulty getting out of bed to face the day, suical desires, or even psychotic features.
Depression is not exactly the same as normal grief.
If you have lost a loved one,
lost a friends due to moving,
have suffered health problems,
financial loss,
divorce,
separation.
*You are mouring*.
Grief is normal human reaction to loss,
and support from others is crucial to getting through this time.

symptoms of Depression;
To diagnose the DSM-IV ( Diasgnosetic and statiscal manual)
requires the following to be present for most of the day, for a least 2 weeks;
*Loss of pleasure or interest in nearly all activity.
*Changes in weight, sleep, or activity.
*decreased enegry
*feelings of sadness.
*Hopelessness, guilt, or worthlessness
*Difficulty thinking or concentrating
*Difficultymaking decisions
*Thoughts of death or suicide
*
If you are experiencing these symptoms, see a Doctor, find a therapist and / or support group immediately.
The best treatment is probably medication and psychotherapy together.
The medication will help the brain function better,
and therapy helps you discharge emotion and learn strategies to improve lifestyles and thinking patterns.
Together, they promote better health.

There's no simple explanation why people experience depression. It's a complex disease that may develop for a variety of reasons. It can affect anyone at any age, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, or income level.

Some people become depressed after a major life change—the death of a loved one, a divorce, the loss of a job or a move. Even seemingly happy events, such as becoming a parent or getting married, can trigger depression. Or, even a smaller change can sometimes trigger depression.

It is important to seek help if you think you are depressed.

Can depression cause physical pain or discomfort?

Can depression cause physical pain or discomfort?

Yes. Doctors who treat chronic pain and depression have known for many years how closely these two conditions are linked. Some research shows that pain and depression share common pathways in the emotional (limbic) region of the brain - which may, in part, explain their association.

Depression may increase your response to pain, or at least increase the suffering associated with pain. Conversely, chronic pain is stressful and depressing in itself. Sometimes the two create a vicious cycle. In addition, both chronic pain and depression are influenced by genetic and environmental factors as well.

Certain antidepressants may relieve pain in some people by reducing their pain perception, and improving their sleep and overall quality of life. A discussion with your doctor can help you sort out whether this option might be right for you

The cure for procrastination

The only cure for procastination is action. Go beyond
wishing, dreaming, considering, debating the options and get
busy making it happen.

Yes, it's going to be a little uncomfortable, it's going to
involve effort, it's going to require commitment, and you're
going to run into difficult challenges. So ask yourself --
do you intend to make it happen or would you rather put it
off again and again so that it never gets done?

What gets done is what gets done now. In a little while, in
a couple of weeks, in a few years, when you get around to it
-- these "somedays" never do come.

It's helpful to substitute the word "never" for someday, for
that will force you to confront the issue. Give yourself the
choice between doing it now or doing it never, and you'll be
much more likely to do it now, if it's truly important to
you.

This moment right now is loaded with great value. You can
choose to take action, and make that value your own, or you
can choose to do nothing and forever leave this moment's
bountiful treasure behind.

Decide to accept the tremendous opportunity that is already
available to you. Let go of the excuses, and make this the
moment you jump into real, effective, purposeful action.

Worker's Compensation ( Injuried workers', do they have any rights?)

Worker's Compensation issues

There is a reason for this,
Legal limitations and restrictions as to how much an injuried worker may recover
result in many Workers' recieving inadequate benefits.
Unfortunately, the workers Compensation system
was not designed primarily to benefit the injuried worker.
Instead, it was created to protect employers and Workers' Compensation insurance companies
by limiting their liability and obligations. Despite these negatives,
workers compensation has evolved over the years to include some fairly decent workers protections
Although many of these are buried in hard-to-understand rules and procedures,
informed workers are willing to assert their rights have a good chance of being treated fairly.
Sadly, most Workers' have little, if any, knowledge about their workers compensation rights.
Wouldnt you like to know your rights with Workers' Compensation?
It would be nice if we could handle your own Worker's Compensation case
or filing a claim on someone else's behalf,
such as a minor. ( In legal terms, this is referring to as acting in the capacity of a guardian ad Litem,
where you file a Workers' Compensation procedures and understand the important decisions you'll need to make.

In few places on earth will find a system that uses more confusing, contradictory, and just plain batty terminology.
Unfortunately,
you will simply have to master a number of confusing terms and acronyms used in the Worker's Compensation system,
or you won't understand how to handle your claim.
Whenever you hit a mind-bloggling term, take a moment to learn what it means.
In no time at all, you'll be talking with ease about your TTD, VRMA, QME, P&S, and QRR.

The Workers' Compensation system is sometimes described as a "no-fault" system of give and take.
The injuried employee gives up the right to sue an employer in court.
In return, the employee recieves Compensation without having to prove that the employer caused the injury.
In exchange for the employer's liablity is limited to benefits specified in the California Labor Code.
Not surprisingly less than what might be available if employees could sue in court.
For the vast majority of cases,
the rule that all work-related injuries must go through the Worker's Compensation system is a fact of life.
(There are a few situtations where an injuried employee is not covered by Workers' Compensation and may sue an employer in the glance, a no fault system sounds like fair deal- workers who are hurt are taken care of without having to go through a costly peocess of assigning blame.
Unfortunately, the existing system is complicated and hard to understand.
It has evolved into what too often becomes a bureaucatic nightmare that commonly intimidates and hinders people with valid claims.
But perhaps the worst aspect of the California Workers' Compensation system is that it doesn't deliver on its fundamental promise to cover all injuried workers on "no-fault basis.
The employer and its Workers' Compensation insurance company will often fight an employee's perfectly legitimate claim every step of the way.

Enough about the problems with Workers' Compensation laws. If you've been injuried on the job, you probably want to know how you'll be compensated.
California Workers' Compensation laws provide a limited number of benefits (mostly money payments.) Workers' Compensation benefits are tax exempt; in other words, they are not considered income for income tax purposes.

This screwed up demon in me

I'm sitting in my hopeless corner,
Wishing that life would go away.
As a cold shiver surrounds my body,
As it does everyday.

I pull my legs to my chest,
And try to keep myself warm.
But this beauty is still brewing,
There's going to be a storm.

I clench my skin until it bleeds,
Will I survive this vicious attack?
As the darkness sweeps over me,
It's too late, I can't go back.

It engages in a precious fight,
The one with my heart.
As memories are re-enacted,
It helplessly falls apart.

It duels with my soul now,
Enforcing all the guilt and regret.
As I fall with such emptiness,
Those things I tried to forget.

It's battling with my body now,
And this looks and feels wrong.
Self-loathing my scarred body,
As this utter pain goes on.

It escapes my weak and fragile person,
Enough damage done for the night.
Although it is still always there,
It is never out of sight.

Tormenting, Hating and Loving it,
This screwed up demon in me.
Will never let me forget,
Left to live in misery

Witchcraft & Spells

As I was searching, through the engine search, I came across a website called California astrology Association. This web site is all about casting spells. They could be any kind spell, whether the love, for money, and Black curse. It shows you how to do spells many kinds, for example, how would you like to cast a spell called the "Triple Cast spell" or the "couple bluster curse". They even have voodoo spells, onceyou open your heart and your mind to this awesome power, miraculous changes in your life , could happen to you. This website mentions many spells , whether or not , we believe in witchcraft, there are many people who do, and believe that it works. My favorite of all, it is called " give me money". It states that it is your time for you to enjoy the wealth, comfort in respect to deserve.
I have noticed that a lot of the spells are regarding, rescue in love, bring my man back, return to love, warlock lover spell and mend a broken heart. You sit and wonder if any of these spells work and if witchcraft and voodoo really exist. My opinion, is that you choose to believe what you to , and if you believe in hard enough . anything possible. Well, I know we can fly . we're not birds , but with most everything else, within reason can and could most likely be possible. Witchcraft has been around for year's, centuries ago.
You can even purchase voodoo dolls and cast spells . to those enemies . you have resented sounds
pretty crazy, but there is yes , people who believe in witchcraft, and spells.

Evil in the world, the problem

Evil in the world religions, the problem

The problem of evil and touchstone of any religion. From our direct confrontation with evil results suffering, and thus and less questions about the meaning of life. That is why all religion have to give a proper answer regarding the orgin, nature and end of evil.

There are three major religious alternatives in explaining evil, stated by the pantheistic, dualistic and monotheistic religions. Pantheistic religions , regard to evil as alternately unreal. Human suffering is a product of spiritual ignorance gathered in previous lives and distributed in the president won according to the dictates of karma. In the dualistic religions, good and evil arc to eternal and rival principles. Neither has created the other one in each asked according to its own nature. In the monotheiestic religions, evil has a personal identity. It's source is a being that has fallen from an initial good status as a result of misusing freedom of well.

Until the end

She walks the path
leaves Russel, as she walks along
the air so thin . you can hardly breathe
scarf wrapped tightly around her neck
her nose , red and runny from the coldness
her cheeks are rosy red
eyes , glossy . they seem glazed
our hands shivering
Goosebumps rise on her arms
should only walks, to think.
Taking long walks
not really knowing where to go
her thoughts are within her mind
twirling around as the wind blows her hair
she doesn't think of the time
counting the cracks in the concrete
watching the leave's fall from the trees
kicking stones along the way
out in this coldness . there's peacefulness
only the sound of birds and the sound of the wind
nothing to worry about , everything was left at home
including her turmoil
her sadness , gloominess
that home doesn't seem . hers anymore
she seems lost , but out here
she feels free and relieved
only for quiet while
like a drug
a constant numbness
does'nt allow you to feel
until
it eventually ends
but she cannot return
and maybe there are no more more cracks in the concrete to count
no more stones to kick
no more birds to hear
and just alittle more time
seems like hours or even days, yet only a minute
but the blackness surrounds
with dead sounds
until.
evenually the end
I've been swallowed
and like them I followed
blind folded now
my back aganist the wall
it even feels like I'm so small
until I fall
until the end.

The obstacles in life

Light does not conquer darkness by pushing the darkness out
of the way. Rather, the light comes into the darkness and
transforms it with brilliant, positive energy.

In the same way, the obstacles in life are not conquered by
fighting them on their own terms or attempting to push them
out of the way. The best way to move past a difficult
situation is to transform it with positive, productive
energy.

No matter how much you push against the darkness it will not
go anywhere. Yet the moment you shine your light, the
darkness is no more.

When you fight against your problems, all it usually
accomplishes is to make them stronger and give them more
validity. That's certainly not what you would ever intend.

Instead, seek to transform those problems, those difficult
situations, by virtue of your own positive values and
efforts. Focusing on what you're working toward is far
better than being obsessed with whatever you think you're
against.

Rather than struggling against the situation, give the best
you have to it. Rather than fighting darkness with more
darkness, transform that darkness by letting your light
shine.

To kill the pain, to many pills

A world of confusion
extreme pain
my brain is warped
I'm bounded to a world of pills
these pills kill
not only the pain,
but not making me completely sane
my body gets destructed
they eat you from the inside out
they give me the chills
anxiety makes you scream and shout
all I wanted to do is get out
trapped in this bottle of pills
is there any escape?
I'm drowning here
tied to keep my head above water
but for now I lie here
with my gut filled with pills

You think you would be good to be the writer of valid's , versus, will be good melodious versus;
but what are versus beyond the following terror sure you could have?
But what are versus beyond the following terror sure you could have? Or beyond beautiful manners , and behavior?
Or beyond the manly or affectionate deed of an apprentice boy? Or old woman? Or a man that has been in prison or is likely to be in prison?

When I was young

When I was young, I had sex
with boys without touching them.
It was very quick and often
happen in English class, like the passing
of insects are a doorway.
I didn't know always going on,
but all the windows would open
and it would be raining.
It had nothing to do with hands, no fingers
grazing over no books, nothing like that.
Have you ever walked across the plank
inside a defunct factory? And suddenly,
during the two are, some spigot
Pops and wild pressure of different air
sprays into the room, and you don't know
whether or not this is an emergency,
but you can see that at one time
the giant machines pushed and boiled and set off
a motion that become a smoke, a pile
of dust, and the din was loud, and the day outside
when quiet? What are two times
I got in trouble, but this was not for paying attention.
You see, there was nothing suspect,
a single wayward hair.
