I am Hella frustrated, PLEASE help me

I have become really frustrated, because I've been trying to access a lot of my accounts online that are using an old email address, I am NOT able to access my accounts because I am no longer with that email account and can no longer login. How can I get into those accounts?
I have tried emailing them through problems login, but they dont reconginze me through my new email.
